Our Mission
At Get Broken Right, we use the power of horses to help children grow, heal, and build confidence. Kids learn to face challenges, develop trust, and strengthen emotional resilience. Through hands-on interaction with horses, children gain skills to manage stress, overcome obstacles, and grow in self-esteem, and discover their inner strength and joy.
The Partnership
A broken horse, in the traditional sense, is a horse that has been trained to accept guidance — to respond to cues, respect boundaries, and move in partnership with a rider. This process is integral to horse rehabilitation and plays a significant role in community support initiatives.
Through healing through horses, we learn that partnership. We learn to communicate — and to strengthen that communication through awareness, honesty, and openness. This approach helps us respond to what is real rather than react out of fear or habit, especially in the context of horses youth resilience trauma healing growth.
Here, we work side by side, building confidence, boundaries, awareness, and courage, which are essential in youth rescue programs.
